I took this picture on a trip to Mendocino, CA. Nothing feels more mystic to me than fog. I guess it’s the combination of magical and mysterious that makes it so unique. I love this picture because it reminds me of the uncertainty of life. You don’t always know where to road leads but you have to keep going. You just take a chance and keep moving forward. I strongly believe in the teachings of uncertainty. Living in times where everything revolves around comfort, it’s relevant that we allow ourselves to step outside our comfort zone, even when it means stepping into the unknown. In fact, especially if it means stepping into the unknown. What better way to get to know yourself than when you are completely exposed, bare, fragile.
Of course don’t get me wrong, I’m by far no expert in stepping outside my comfort zone. But I am extremely curious. I want to know who is in there. Who am I…really? And that’s what this journey is all about. Stick around for my next blog where I will talk about how I have been inspired to start this journey and what it entitles. Thank you.
